FAQ's
What is CBD?
CBD, or cannabidiol, is one of many compounds known as cannabinoids found in the cannabis plant. Unlike THC, CBD is not psychoactive, therefore, it does not alter a person's state of mind when they use it. However, CBD does appear to produce significant changes in the body by attaching to our cannabinoid receptors and potentially offering unique benefits.
What is the difference between Isolate, Broad Spectrum and Full Spectrum?
Most people use the term CBD interchangeably for multiple products, however, it's not necessarily accurate because many CBD products contain several cannabinoids. We differentiate CBD products by their cannabinoid content.
There are three main types of CBD oil that you’ll hear about:
- Isolate (CBD)
- Broad Spectrum CBD
- Full Spectrum CBD
The difference between broad spectrum, full spectrum and CBD isolate is simply the chemical compound content found in each of the products.
- Isolate (CBD) = Exactly as it sounds: Isolated CBD - Only contains CBD.
- Broad Spectrum CBD = Contains all cannabinoids and plant compounds aside from THC.
- Full Spectrum CBD = Contains ALL cannabinoids and plant compounds, including THC.

What is Delta-8? Is it Legal?
Delta-8 THC is one of the 100+ cannabinoids in Hemp and is a cousin to Delta-9 THC. Since the atomic make up between these two cannabinoids differs only slightly, Delta-8 offers some fo the same properties as Delta-9 while also providing unique benefits of it's own.
The National Cancer Institution lists Delta-8 in its drug dictionary as: An isomer of hem with "Antiemetic, anxiolytic, appetite-stimulating, analgesic and neuroprotective properties."
Delta-8 products are in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and deemed Federally legal as long as the finished product contains less than .3% Delta-9 THC. State laws vary and should be referenced individually for the sale/purchase of Delta-8 Hemp Products.
What is Delta-10? Is it Legal?
Much like Delta-8, Delta-10 is a cannabinoid found in trace amounts in the cannabis plant that is similar to Delta-9 THC. It remains similar in the fact that it is mind altering, however it is much less potent than Delta-9 THC (or "Traditional THC" as some call it.)
Delta-10 THC is commonly reported by consumers to provide energizing and euphoric effects. When combined with Delta-8 THC, which is popularly reported as focus enhancing, most noted an extreme difference in mood and heightened creativity and perspective.
