NTRL was created by Tom Wasilewski and Mark Mills who began their business in the Electronic Cigarette industry. As former long-time smokers, the two were introduced to vaping. After seeing successful results from vaping, the two opened retail locations to help others who were struggling giving up combustible cigarettes. They launched their first location in 2013 and have been going strong ever since! 

A few years later CBD was introduced to the USA market. The two entrepreneurs decided to take the same philosophy they had applied in the vaping world and began development of NTRL.

After extensive testing NTRL was born! Next it was time to gather responses from the market.
